It's much appreciated if you wait to pay on a combined invoice because we lose money on fees if we have to refund.

All cards ship in protective sleeves with cardboard stiffener inserts.  I only charge actual postage.
I am happy to send cards overseas/foreign, but can't refund monies for cards lost in mail once outside the US.
