    Description

    This is an antique, vintage, Real Photo postcard showing the "Cortland, Cart, and Carriage Co., Sidney, N.Y." c1910s. Sidney is in Delaware County. Louis Hatfield was the General Manager of the company. Bit of history: The postcard sender writes that he has "just been for a nice ride with Mr. Hatfield." The company produced the 1st American station wagon in 1916 known as the 'Hatfield Suburban.' Note train tracks run right along front of building.
    Very Good Condition. WOB but unposted. Light toning. AZO stamp box with arrows in corners. Dated 1911 by the sender.
