    This is an antique, vintage, real photo postcard showing "13--Lower Main Street,  Portlandville, N.Y."  Portlandville is along the Susquehanna River and NYS Route 28 in Otsego County, northeast of Oneonta and south of Cooperstown and Milford.  Dirt road--likely Main Street, Portlandville, NYS-28. Homes, auto.
    Very Good Condition.   WOB but not posted. Dated 1910 by sender. Soiling on back.
