It is made of ester-based polyurethane, which is nonconductive and has good chemical and UV radiation resistance. It is also resistant to oil, weather, ozone, heat, and electricity. It has a Shore A Hardness rating of 85 for resistance to abrasion and tearing. It has an operating temperature range of -95 to +185 degrees F. It meets FDA standards for use with wet and fatty food surfaces.
