Payment is expected within two days of end of auction or immediately for BUY NOW items.
Shipping for postcards shipped to USA addresses are free by First Class Mail with no tracking numbers.  If you need a tracking number, you can request shipping by First Class Package for .00 or Priority Mail for a flat rate fee of .50.  Postcards mailed outside the USA is by economy mail to Canada and Mexico for .00 and any other country will be .00.
I do not ship Collectibles that are breakable outside the USA.
Returns of postcards are not acceptable due to the fragility of old paper and due to its very low price, it is not worth the expense of the cost of returning the item so please look at the photos and read the description of the condition carefully.  I mail postcards within one or two days of payment.  Please wait for an extended amount of time if the postcard is not received within a week.  Sometimes the  mail just doesn't arrive on time.  If it still has not appeared in a month, I will give the buyer a refund.
If the listing indicates that it is non-returnable, we offer a refund if the item arrives damaged (that has not been mentioned in the listing) or broken but we require a photo of the damage in order to give the buyer a full refund.
