    Seven-Eighths Inch Celluloid Political Pin "For Governor Geo. L. Lilley". Celluloid is encased in a brass holder. George Lilley was Connecticut's at-large representative in the United States House of Representatives from 1903 to 1909. Running as a Republican, Lilley was elected Governor in 1908. He was sworn into office in January, 1909 but died in office in April, 1909, at the age of 49. Button is in very good condition. Buyer will pay for shipping.
